Waiting time & cancellations

  • Logan international arrivals: 45 minutes of included waiting time after the flight reaches the gate.
  • Logan domestic arrivals: 30 minutes of included waiting time after the flight reaches the gate.
  • City pickups: 15 minutes of included waiting time after your scheduled pickup time.
  • Additional waiting fees: After the included waiting time ends, additional waiting is charged per minute: Sedan $1.67, SUV $2.08, and First Class $2.92. These per-minute rates are the vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60 and rounded to the nearest cent. The waiting fee equals the applicable per-minute rate multiplied by the additional minutes waited.
  • Cancellations: For trips with less than 2 hours of driving time, please cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For long-distance trips with 2 hours or more of driving time, please cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with the required notice receive a full refund of all payments, including any deposit. Cancellations made less than the applicable 2-hour or 6-hour notice period before scheduled pickup are charged the full booking price.
